Step 2: Let's Chat!
Schedule your complimentary consultation call below. This call will help narrow down trip ideas, discuss your expectations, and address any questions that may come up. We will also let you know about any planning fees depending on the level of customization and research required. If you are excited about saving time and effort by using a trusted Travel Advisor, we can move forward with providing up to three trip options. We will send an invoice for the service fee, and once payment is received, we will start researching your custom trip!
Step 3: Trip Booking!
You will select the trip option that sounds the best to you! We will book everything for you and can even set up dining and spa reservations if you would like. You won’t need to worry about a thing except for packing your bags!
Step 4: Make Amazing Memories!
Enjoy your trip and don’t forget to share a few photos or memories with us so we can celebrate with you when you return!
What is Included
We will take your travel wishes and curate a trip just for you. You will receive personalized service and save valuable time (research for a trip can easily be 20 hours or more).
A trip can be a large investment and we charge a planning & support fee to allow for the time and attention your trip deserves. We provide expert advice and handle all of the details for you.
We have a large network of travel professionals to provide advice, the latest news, and first-hand experiences if we haven’t personally been to your destination. We provide a single point of contact for various moving parts so you don’t have to track down hotels, rental car companies, tour companies, etc.

Basic Travel Support
When you already know trip specifics- Booking and management of cruise/guided tour/hotel/rental car reservations
- Travel Protection Recommendations

Custom Travel Plan
When you want a custom trip- 2-3 options for your itinerary including cruise and/or land portions
- Road trips have a per day rate starting at $50 per day due to extra coordination of hotels, route planning, activities, and dining recommendations in multiple locations
- Accommodation recommendations specific to your needs and preferences
- A balanced itinerary with activities and relaxation based on your preferences
- Help with all your daytime and evening activities including restaurants, tickets, and tour suggestions and coordination
- Booking and management of cruise/guided tour/hotel/rental car/transfers/activities reservations
- Insider travel tips specific to your destination and travel style
- Travel Protection Recommendations
- Flight monitoring
- Support and advocacy for any issues that arise
- In-destination support by text and email
- Emergency advice even when you shouldn't need it

Long-Term Travel (30 days+)
Coaching and travel support- Packages are a minimum of three months with up to three 1:1 discussions each month about your travel goals
- A custom action plan to prepare for long-term travel
- A long-term travel preparation checklist
- Emergency advice even when you shouldn't need it
- The option to add on more accountability and coaching calls at an hourly rate
- A custom long-term travel itinerary planning session add-on available
